INVISIBLE?

This picture says it all. It’s funny because it is just that: a picture. In real life, it hurts to feel invisible to other people. The worst part is, people probably don’t realize they are doing it to us. And if they do it, says more about them then it does us. Lately, it’s been happening to me a lot. For example, the other day I had a a ten minute in-depth discussion with my postman in the Post Office about golfing. You know the moment when you both discover you have a love for something. You walk away feeling like you have connected. Well, we talked up a storm that day; a week later I started the golf conversation, and it was like we never discussed a word about it before. Hopefully, the postman didn’t see my chin hang down the whole time he did my postage!

How about the “one-sided conversation”? You ask about their  lives, then they talk on and on about themselves?  How about the spell-bound look they give you when you ask them a question while they have been staring at their phone for the past 5 minutes?

Well, don’t lose hope. You are not invisible:

… for God sees and hears you…The eyes of the Lord are upon the righteous, and His ears are attentive to their cry. Psalm 34:15

… for God is listening intimately and intently to you… God is able to hear us even when we are silent. Romans 8:26

… for God is ready to help you… Don’t panic I’m with you there’s no need to fear for I’m your God. I’ll give you strength and I’ll help you. I’ll hold you steady and keep a firm grip on you. Isaiah 41:10

… for God is thinking about you all the time… My thoughts toward you are countless as the sand on the seashore. Psalm 139:17

… for God thinks the world of you...even the hairs on your head are all numbered. So don’t be afraid. You are worth more than many sparrows. Matthew 10:31

… for God made you a “one of a kind person”…You are a blessing! The Lord made you in an amazing and wonderful way. Psalm 139:14

… for God thinks your gorgeous…The King is enthralled with your beauty. Psalm 45:11

… for you must hold your head high, God gave you dignity…You have dignity. Proverbs 31:25

… for you can ask and you will get real answers…Call to me and I will answer you, and show you great and mighty things which you do not know. Jeremiah 33:3

…for you simply cannot be invisible if God is always with you…I am with you always, even unto the end of the world. Matthew 28:20

…for how can you be invisible if you are constantly loved?…You are love forever. Romans 8:38-39

You may feel invisible to the world at times but to God, you are being loved moment by moment beyond measure! Gosh, I feel better now.  I hope you do too!

CHRISTIAN MEDITATION?

One important thing the Bible tells us to do is to think about God’s Word. Our thoughts determine our behavior and so what we think about is very important. Jim Downing in his book Meditation says, “God considers meditation a vital exercise of the minds of His children.”

Rick Warren in The Purpose Driven Life, describes meditation this way: “Meditation is focused thinking. It takes serious effort. You select a verses and reflect on it over and over in your mind…if you know how to worry  you already know how to meditate.” Pastor Warren goes on to say, “No other habit can do more to transform your life and make you more like Jesus than daily reflection on Scripture…if you look up all the times God speaks about meditation in the Bible, you will be amazed at the benefits He has promised to those who take the time to reflect on His Word throughout the day.”

In Satisfy Your Soul, Dr. Bruce Demarest writes, ” A quieted heart is our best preparation for all this work of God…Meditation refocuses us from ourselves and from the world so that we reflect on God’s Word, His nature, His abilities, and His works…So we prayerfully ponder, muse, and ‘chew’ the words of Scripture…The goal is simply to permit the Holy spirit to activate the life-giving Word of God.”

Meditation, according to Dr. Charles Stanley, Minister and Author of many books, is the quiet contemplation of spiritual truths. When we meditate on God and remember the promises He has given us in His Word, our faith grows and our fears dissolve. In the Book of Psalms chapter 119 and verses 97-110, lists some of the rewards of meditation, such as wisdom, discernment, keen insight, and obedience. Dr. Stanley says the essence of meditation is a period of time set aside to contemplate the Lord, listen to Him, and allow Him to permeate our spirits.

Joshua is one Biblical example of meditation. He was a military leader leading the children of Israel into Caanan. It is significant that his courage and even his hope of victory depended on obeying the Word of God. God promised him success, but there was a condition: meditation and obedience to His Word. Note the word “meditate” precedes the admonition to be obedient. Also note that meditation, God stated, was Joshua’s responsibility. But, there was a reward for doing so: prosperity!

This Book of the Law shall not depart from your mouth, but you shall meditate in it day and night, that you may observe to do according to all that is written in it. For then you will make your way prosperous, and then you will have good success.

Joshua 1:8

God desires we have alone time with Him. What a compliment! A King wants to spend time with us! You mean we get to have an audience with royalty? And He listens to us? And although He is King, he allows us to address Him as Father? Who would want to miss that!?

Dr. Stanley also states that if we are really going to set aside time to meditate on God’s Word each day, stillness is key:

Be still and know that I am God.

Psalm 46:10

When we reflect upon God, we meditate on His greatness, grace and goodness. Focusing on difficulties intensifies and enlarges them. When we claim His promises, and look at His majesty, our problems are put into proper perspective.

As we first begin to meditate, our frustration levels are usually at full. As we focus on Him, the reservoirs of tension empty. When we are secluded, silent, and still before the Lord we find that He injects into our bodies energy, power, and strength. God’s spiritual dynamics are at work in our inner beings, refreshing and energizing our minds and spirits. There is nothing to match meditation in its impact on our lives and the lives of others.

A good Yoga practice is about doing your body good with postures and breathing and meditation for a fitter, calmer and healthier “you.” It purposes to connect you to yourself again. It offers lessons of being with yourself on the mat and seeing how you operate there. Then what you learn on the mat your suppose to take into your life. That is yoga at it’s best. Halleluyah Yoga offers you that and so much more! Connecting with the living God, and worshiping, praising and working out for true and lasting peace and wellness!

At Halleluyah Yoga, each Yoga Segment that we have created for you comes with a verse of Scripture to meditate upon with yoga poses and places relevant to each Bible verse. This offers you an opportunity to think upon God as you work out, empowering you with a mental picture and a body movement to remember through out your day. Focusing on God instead of your fears, cares, worries, and doubts makes God bigger than all the bad stuff in your life. This makes it easier to realize you can depend on God, and that He is there for you. Your workouts then become a worship experience that “builds the body” in more ways than one!

Science has been proving for years that prayer and meditation makes for healthier people. Meditation has been around since God created man. After all, God invented meditation for His children,  to be able to live successful,  healthy , purposeful lives. And if we set aside alone time with Him each day, He promises us”His” prosperity! So, what are we waiting for!

PEACE BE WITH YOU!

The world is all stressed out! But you can still have peace!

The American Psychological Association states that chronic stress is linked to six leading causes of death and disease: heart disease, cancer, lung ailments, accidents, cirrhosis of the liver and suicide. They also state that 75% of all doctor visits are stress related ailments and complaints. The American Medical Association has noted that stress is the basic cause of more than 60% of all human illness and disease. In this chaotic world, how can we not have stress?

What actually happens to our body when we are stressed? It defends itself, of course!Amazingly, God has created us with an entire defense system that turns on as soon as we become stressed. Esther Sternberg, physician and author of several books on stress and healing, explains how it works.

Immediately, our heart rate speeds up and diverts blood away from our guts and to our muscles so we can run away. The pupils of our eyes constrict, so we can keenly focus on our attacker. The bronchii of our lungs increase blood oxygenation and convert energy stored in the liver into fuel for strength and stamina. She also states that if we are stressed for too long, our body starts to release stress hormones and nerve chemicals that we do not want floating around in our body. It is these stress hormones that are so dangerous to our overall health. That is why it’s important to our health to chill out as soon as possible. Perhaps God designed our bodies with that in mind: that we might trust in Him for help.

God’s remedy for stress:

Don’t worry about anything, but pray about everything. With thankful hearts offer up your prayers and requests to God. Then, God will bless you with peace that no one can completely understand. And this peace will control the way you think and feel.

Philippians 4;6-7

Next time you feel stress coming on, give yourself a “Halleluyah Moment!” Drop and give yourself 10 long and deep breaths while meditating on the above verse of Scripture and just breathe… let God take care of it all. Let, “Peace be with you!”

Halleluyah!

YOGA FOR A DEEPER SLEEP CHALLENGE BECAUSE YOU MATTER ( Yoga before bed to calm and restore your nervous system for a sweet sleep)

In need of a few Zzz?  Back aching? Feeling stressed? Perhaps you find yourself in an overwhelming situation. Don’t fret! Instead do something good for you. Because You matter, and you deserve to feel great! After all, you got status: you matter not only to your family and friends, but the King of the world! You believe that Jesus died for your sins, You are a “VIP ” according to Heaven! So today, let’s treat ourselves like the people that we really are! Let’s honor our King by celebrating His magnificent masterpiece: You!

In this Quick Fix Yoga Segment, we’ll do the soothing restorative yoga pose, “Legs Up a Wall!” It will calm your nervous system, ease muscle fatigue, drain tension, improve digestion, and move stuck or stagnant fluids. It also will trigger your relaxation response, thus slowing your heart, breath and brain waves, promoting a peaceful, blissful state. The soothing benefits of this yoga pose grow deeper the longer you can stay in it. Try for 5 minutes at first, but if you can go longer, by all means stay as long as you like!

To begin, shift your body near a wall and gently walk your legs up. Rest the backs of your thighs against the wall, which offers a gentle support that deepens the restorative benefits of the pose.

If your thighs cannot get there, then bend your legs and shimmy your hips a little closer to the wall. If you feel strained, come back down and lay before a chair with your legs resting comfortably upon it. If even that is too strenuous, simply lay down on your mat or lay on the floor with your knees bent.

Once you arrive at your perfect resting place position for Legs Up a Wall, you need only to close your eyes, exhale completely, and melt into the pose. Try to inhale and exhale through your nose. Let each inhale draw upon God’s peace. Let each exhale dissolve your cares, worries fears and doubts. Focus only on God’s peaceful and loving words in Isaiah 26:3:

You will keep in perfect peace whose mind is stayed on thee.

or Psalm 4:8 for a sweet night’s sleep,

When I go to bed, I sleep in peace because Lord, you keep me safe.

Now, scan your body limb by limb, inviting any knots and grips of tension to dissolve away completely. Let your brain drain, relinquishing its hold on obsessive worries and fears that may still linger.  Grow easy and tranquil, grasping after absolutely nothing. Let everything you know about yourself dissolve. Fall beneath the surface of life into God’s quiet stillness.

Invite your breath to deepen. With each quiet exhalation and with every ounce of letting go, fall deeper. Linger in the soothing silence. Dwell in the freedom of surrender and indulge in the tranquility and deep rest of letting go.

Because, You matter!!

STRESS, LET’S BREAK UP!

Do you feel it too? All tensed up and nothing to help you?

Sometimes in life your going along and – pow! – you are all tensed up. Well, that’s me today. Actually that’s me all last week. I’m sitting here with achy shoulders that won’t stay down. They disobey my command to relax and quietly try to climb up into my neck all day. Then the neck becomes strained from holding the shoulders up. Tension then rides down my back and takes up space in other places. Sometimes, my ears ring and I feel my face all crinkled up from holding all my body’s tension. My mood is not kind, and fatigue sets in despite my efforts to get a good night sleep. I wonder how I got this way. I can’t imagine why, because I did yoga last week and yoga is my little stress reliever. Thinking upon God while I stretch and flex is my way of breaking up with stress before it becomes a problem. But today is a culmination of a week’s worth of unreleased tension, and I have been trying to analyze why it’s happening to me.

Bing! The light bulb goes on! “I think I know why,” I exclaim to myself… and now to you, because although my body engaged in the yoga I did everyday, my mind did not join me. I rushed through the yoga poses without being fully there. I did not come to the yoga party fully dressed! It’s not that our minds need to be on the mat at all times, but we do need to let our thoughts arise, whatever they may be, so that we can let go of them. Letting each thought that arises go, in the flow of your breath, lets tensions release. Once we let go of any stress in our minds, our stress will disappear in our bodies. That’s the gift of yoga. Our outer world shifts to reflect our new perspective.

We can enhance the gift of yoga by handing over all our cares, worries, fears and doubts to God and really break up with stress. Then make it your practice within your yoga to hand it over to the care and responsibility of Almighty God. Proverbs 4:23, tells us to,

Be careful what you think because your thoughts run your life.

Medical research is just catching up with God’s words from thousands of years ago. Studies and medical research are increasingly proving that you become what you think. I’m thinking that me and stress, yeah, we’re gonna break up!

How about you?

WE STILL DO!!

We still do!

How did it happen? In my realm of reality…I really don’t know. My husband and I were just doing life. Ya know, falling in love, getting married, having kids, kids growing up with college and careers. One day you take a breath, sit back and say, WOW! Actually, I always thought old people stayed married that long – not me. I’m not that old! Well, it’s hard to admit you’re that old! I have been married for 35 wonderful years that sped by like a rocket! Although it is an astonishing feat, one I can’t say is all because of me, I can still think it’s pretty awesome that my husband and I can say, “We Still Do!!”

I sure hope to inspire you too. To let you know that you CAN do it. You can be married a long time and you can have a great marriage! Sure, it won’t always be easy, but it does change as you age. And if you’re willing, you can learn to be more of everything: more content, patient, kind, compassionate, and loving. The older you get, you realize your time here on earth is expiring. What do you want people to remember about you? Don’t you want each moment to be the most awesome it can be with all the people that you love, especially your spouse? He or she is the one you made vows with before Almighty God. You both own the marriage. It is a duel responsibility to make it work. They say a happy marriage is the union of two great forgivers, that a happy marriage requires falling in love with the same person many times, that when you love your spouse you are loving yourself because the two of you are literally one.

Recently, my husband and I had the opportunity to celebrate our anniversary by cruising to Bermuda. We took our kids too. It was a grand celebration! I was also under the impression that our Bermuda cruise was our anniversary gift to each other. Well, I was wrong. He showed up with 7 anniversary gifts, one for me to open each night. I of course, had nothing. Each gift was wrapped beautifully with a bow and a small humorous/romantic note attached. It is by far the most thoughtful, romantic, unbelievable surprise I have ever received from him! And, probably nothing he does in the future will match it! But the best he can and has given me all these years is the best gift of all, himself! He is mine and I am his….til death we do part! It sure doesn’t get any better than that. To be the most special person on earth to someone is by far totally incomprehensible to me, but most wonderful!

Here’s the gifts and the notes which are just too romantic not to include!

The sunglasses…“To see me in a different light”

The perfume with an atomizer, of course, because…” Marriage is a blast”

The “We Still Do” Christmas ornament because… “Every Holiday is better with you”

The Betsy Johnston watch because…“To keep track of the next 35 years”

The black diamond earrings because…“Even when times are dark you shine”

The rose-gold diamond and black diamond earrings because…“Beautiful as Rose, Brilliant as a gem

The coach leather pocket book because…” Loverweave Backpack Level 1000 to carry all your loot!!!!!!

(pocketbook not included in the picture, but my husband is a crafter of bags of all levels for our characters in World of WarCraft. To carry all our loot of course!)

…and then on our last evening, the Filipino waitress sings us a song with her beautiful voice. I am overwhelmed with emotion of the magnitude of our special milestone!

…and then just when things don’t get any better than this, Jesus pops in my head. In the Scriptures it says that,” I am His and He is mine. “(Song of Solomon 6:3) Can we even grasp the depth of these word’s written for us by God so that we might know that Jesus is yours and He is also mine? 2 Timothy 3:16 says” …all Scripture is God -breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness.” No, I don’t think we can grasp such Heavenly things. It’s probably why Jesus tells us to believe them instead. “See what great love the Father has lavished on us, that we should be called children of God!”1John 3:1.

Moody Stuart states how God is mine and I am his the best:

God is mine to look upon, to lean upon, to dwell with; mine to bear my burdens, discharge my all my debts, mine to answer all my accusers, mine to conquer all my foes; mine to deliver me from hell, mine to prepare a place for me in Heaven; mine in absence, mine in presence, mine in life, mine in death, mine in the grave, mine in judgement, and mine in the marriage of the lamb!

He laid down His life for me so that Him and I can have all of this…

God demonstrates His own love for us in this: while we were still sinners, Christ died for us.

Romans 5:8

My heart stirs with deep gratitude and love for my awesome hubby! To be loved is the greatest gift a human being can possess. Yes, my husband and I can say, “We Still Do!” And I am deeply honored. But there has not been a moment since God created me that He has not been doing all the things above, for me! And, He is also doing them for you too! Essentially, there is not a moment that passes by where God is not doing something for you and me too. God is always doing because ” God always does!” Most definitely my hubby and I can say, “We still do because God always does!”

Halleluyah!

love and blessings!

THE SECRET OF THE HIND DEER

Think God wants you to walk sure-footed in this world?

Think he desires that you walk above where the air is pure and the view pristine?

You bet He does!

That’s why in His Word to us, His Bible, He refers to His children as having Hind’s feet.

A hind is a female red deer. Leaping from rock to rock in mountain terrain without ever lose their footing, the hind deer steps precisely in the same spot where its front feet have been. Amazingly, every motion of the Hind is followed through with razor-sharp consistency. This makes it the most sure footed animal of all mountain animals.

This also suggests that we too as God’s children already possess hind legs.

We are already equipped for the rough terrain ahead in our lives.

We can overcome.

We are empowered.

We can have a better life.

We just have to put on our hind legs.

We simply need to let God be our front legs.

Then each step we take in our lives will be with precision and sure-footed-ness.

He makes my feet like the Hind’s feet, And sets me upon high places.

Psalm 18:33, Habbakkuk 3:19

Can’t you see that magnificent mountain top?

You know the secret.

It’s a “Halleluyah Moment” and You already have everything you need.

So, what are you waiting for!

Halleluyah!

GOT BALANCE?

Got Balance?

God says you do.

And I’m not just talking about balancing on one leg. Or, holding yourself up in a yoga pose for a minute or two. I’m talking about living a balanced life. Holding it all together no matter what life throws at you. Not simply surviving. I’m talking about thriving. You and me as people. You and me in our lives. Can you believe it? God has big plans for you, “…to give you a future and a hope”! (Jeremiah 29:11)

In God’s great book He wrote for you and I, He says that we are not left here to do this life on our own. He wants to help us. He wants to be that solid rock for us. The one that we can stand and build our life upon. He tells us that, “Everyone who hears my words and obeys them is like a wise man who built his house on a rock.” (Matthew 7:24) We must not worry either. He also promises that He will hold us up. We must simply trust Him. We must believe in His ways for He says,” My thoughts are not your thoughts. Neither are your ways my ways, declare the Lord.” ( Isaiah 55:8)

And balance we discover in God’s world comes down to rock level. An ordinary, everyday, common object: the rock. God uses a simple object to show His precious,” created in His image” creation  an exceedingly great truth. (Genesis 1:27) Though God’s love for us is beyond what we humans can comprehend, it is as simple, firm and sturdy as a rock in practice!

I am sure that everyone would agree that it gets tough balancing life sometimes. Just like a yoga pose, we start out strong. Before you know it, we are wobbling, crumbling, and falling down while trying desperately to hold ourselves up. Soon we are totally out of balance. We can be strangled with the cares, worries fears and doubts of this life. Life no longer feels free, light, or buoyant or balanced. But, our God never intended that kind of life for us. God came to set us free from a life of burden and the guilt of sin. He says,” I came so that you may have life and live it more abundantly.” (John 10:10)

Next time you feel out of balance, choose to have calm in your chaos instead of trying to keep yourself up. “…build your life on the rock!”  (Matthew 7:24)

Next time you practice balancing poses, try to remember that “He set my feet on a rock and gave me a firm place to stand”, (Psalm 40:2) and that, “He alone is my rock and my salvation, He is my fortress I will not be shaken.”  (Psalm 62:6)

Amazingly, God the “rock” is mentioned in 59 Bible verses.

Stand firm. You can have balance. I also know from my life that sometimes it takes a long time to get unbalanced. And so we learn to adjust and accept things that throw us off balance without even realizing it. Soon, we are so used to living this way it becomes our way of life. Thankfully, God wants us to have better. We are His children, after all. The Creator of everything and King of the universe: That is our Father. We are His children. What would you not do for your children in need? I’m only here to remind you. You already know that our Heavenly Father can do anything. Just ask.

JESUS AND THE BRIDGE POSE

Bridge Pose or Setu Bandasana. Setu in Sanskrit means ‘bridge,” sarva means “all” and anga means “limb.”

All bridges are important tools for connecting. The Yoga Bridge Pose is no exception. It is one of the best back-bending poses for beginners. Both dynamic and versatile, it helps to open your body up and build strength at the same time. It tones your upper body and legs, lengthens your hip flexors, opens your chest muscles and improves breathing, circulation, digestion, and thyroid functions. It calms the brain and eases anxiety, thus promoting overall relaxation. Bridge Pose does not disappoint. You will reap the benefits from building a strong bridge. All your limbs will be working in Bridge Pose to construct a bridge with your body, while also connecting your practice to other poses.

As you lift your body into a bridge, remember the most famous bridge of all, Jesus! When Jesus stretched out His hands upon the cross to die for mankind, He was the greatest bridge ever created: the one and only bridge that God constructed that connects us to God and leads us to Heaven. We simply need to believe in Jesus as our bridge. When we do, we have crossed over from death in our sins to eternal life with God, forever!

For there is One God and one mediator between God and mankind, the man Jesus Christ.

1 Timothy 2: 5-6.

Bridge Pose

Lay flat on your mat. Bend your knees and bring your heels closer to your sitting bones. Place your arms by your sides, palms down. Lift your hips from the mat by pressing your feet and arms firmly to your mat. Your knees should stay in line with your hips. You should only lift your hips as high as what is comfortable for you. Hang out here for a few deep breaths.

As you progress in Bridge Pose, you will want to bring the backs of your arms closer together and interlace your fingers. Keep your upper arms pressed firmly into the mat. This will allow your hips to lift a little higher. Hang out here for a few more deep breaths, maintaining the pressing of your arms and legs into your mat. Hold this pose between 1 and 2 minutes.

You may want to continue to build strength in your legs and back. If so, hold your ankles while inhaling, lift your hips while exhaling, then lower your hips for a few counts. Try to do this 10 times and progress up to 30-50 hip lifts.

When you are ready, lower your hips and lay flat. Relax here. Soften and let long held tensions unravel in God’s deep love for you!

Halleluyah!

Peace and Joy

A FLOCK OF LOVE

Before I started taking yoga pics, I never really was a fan of the outdoors. Now I can’t wait to go outside some where, anywhere and strike up a pose because God surprises me with His glory every time. With an abundance of His beauty to see there is always a truth to discover and wisdom to be learned from each and every pic. Regretfully, I was too blind and too busy to care. Especially blind for the millions of everyday birds outside my window. Don’t get me wrong. It’s not that I decided they are not worthy of my time nor my observation, it’s just I was too busy. But isn’t that the point? Though the birds fly above me and sit on trees outside my window, I was so absorbed in the cares of this life I could not even see them!

…and Jesus said, “Look at the birds of the air, for they neither sow nor reap nor gather into barns, yet your heavenly Father feeds them.” And if your heavenly Father feeds the birds of the air, how much more will He feed you, His precious beloved child!”

Matthew 6:26

Perhaps God created birds to let us know that we are far more valuable than many, many birds put together. In Matthew 10:29, Jesus said,” Are not two sparrows sold for a copper coin?” Then, in Luke 12:16, He said, “Are not five sparrows sold for two copper coins?” Add it all up and we can’t help but realize that these sparrows are so cheap that you can buy four of them for two copper coins, and you get one thrown in for free!

Such common birds are those sparrows, yet not even one of these cheap birds falls to the ground without the Father’s knowledge (Matthew 10:29). Not one of them is forgotten before Him (Luke 12:6). So will He forget us who are of more value than all these birds put together? Maybe that is why Jesus also said,

“Therefore, do not worry, saying, “what shall we eat?” or “What shall we drink?” or “What shall we wear?”…For your Heavenly Father knows that we need all these things.”

Matthew 6:31-32

If our Heavenly Father cares for cheap, common birds, and feeds them everyday, how much more will He care for us? For we are His dear precious children. May our hearts take comfort as we hear God say to us,

“Do not fear therefore; you are of more value than many sparrows.”

Matthew 10:31

Perched on a tree branch, two birds were observing people rushing from once place to another. Looking at their faces, one bird asked the other, “Why are human beings so full of worries and cares?” The other bird answered, “Maybe they don’t have a heavenly Father like we do.” Perhaps that is why birds are able to fly. No cares and no worries to burden them and weight them down.

Maybe that is why every shape, color, and species of birds come together every morning and every evening in concert, without fail, to tweet out their grand opus before their Creator. And isn’t it such a blessing to know when God created the world, He even provided a sound system for His children? Even better, He gives us a perfectly composed concert to wake us everyday, and a lullaby to serenade us to sleep every evening. He also gave us guidance through the Scriptures to ensure we know without a doubt that God thinks about us, knows what we need, and has provided it all already. Simply because He loves us!

Halleluyah!

Next time you see or hear the birds be sure to remember that you are worth all of them to God!
